Funerals should be simple to arrange and clear to understand.
We are a funeral provider built around two ideas: that families deserve to know what things cost before they commit, and that nobody should be sold more than they need.
What we believe
Nobody should have to negotiate while grieving.
Arranging a funeral is one of the largest purchases most people ever make, and it is almost always made in the worst week of their life — quickly, with no experience, and while barely sleeping.
That combination makes it very easy to spend more than you meant to. Not because anyone sets out to take advantage, but because grief is a poor state in which to compare options, question a price, or say no to something described as the respectful choice.
So we have built things the other way around. Our prices are on this website. Our packages say exactly what they include. Costs set by cemeteries and crematoriums are shown separately, because they are not ours to mark up. And if a simpler option would suit your family, we will say so.
A good funeral is not the most expensive one. It is the one that felt right for the person you are remembering.

The price we quote is the price you pay
Your quote itemises everything. We do not add charges afterwards, and we do not have a fee that only appears on the invoice.
We publish our prices
Every package and what it includes is on this website. You can compare us against anyone else before you pick up the phone.
We will not upsell you
Nobody here works on commission. If a simpler option suits your family, we will tell you so — even though it earns us less.
Someone answers, at any hour
Deaths do not keep business hours. Call at three in the morning and a person picks up, not a message service.
One person stays with you
You will not re-explain your situation to somebody new each time you call. The same arranger sees it through.
Third-party costs shown separately
Cemetery and crematorium fees, certificates and notices are set by others. We show them as their own line so you can see what is ours and what is not.
